FUNDRAISING DETAILS
CANDLE PRICING:
16 OUNCE CANDLE - $27
Fundraising Payment - $13.50/unit
9 OUNCE CANDLE - $22
Fundraising Payment - $11/unit
COSTS & MINIMUMS:
We do not require that you purchase any candles up front and do not require a minimum order of candles to qualify.
PRODUCTION TIME FRAME:
2-3 WEEK PROCESSING
DELIVERY METHOD:
If you have $250+ in total sales and are located within 30 miles, we will deliver your organization's order for free. We will deliver up to 100 miles for a fee. If you are located over 100 miles from our warehouse, we will ship your candles via UPS.

SCHEDULING PROCESS:
1. To set up a fundraiser with Candelles, please fill out this form.
Details you will need to apply: - Organization name + contact details - Preferred sell start/end dates - Number of Fundraising Packets needed - Delivery location - Need-by date for candles
2. A fundraiser representative will be in touch with you within 1-2 business days to finalize all details and you will be provided with catalogs and order forms a week prior to scheduled selling dates.
ORDERING PROCESS:
1. Submit your organization's total order by email to fundraising@candelles.com.
2. When submitting your order, please include the following details:
- Grand totals of each scent/size - Preferred payment method (debit/credit card, check, or cash) - Delivery contact name and phone number
3. Once your order is received, we will send you an invoice for 50% of the total sales to be paid prior to delivery. (*Individual order checks should be made payable to your organization, not Candelles.)
4. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will reach out to your delivery contact to schedule.
