HOW TO ORDER
If you don't already have a wholesale account with us, please fill out our application here.
We want to get to know you and make sure we are a good fit!
We handle the majority of our wholesale accounts via Etsy Wholesale, so you can find us on there by searching "Candelles" and then, placing an order directly from our linesheet. For those who do not have Etsy Wholesale, you can view our online catalog here and then place your order by filling out our online order form here.
Our opening order minimum is two dozen candles in either size. You can order 24 16oz. units, 24 9oz. units, or 12 units in each size.
Our reorder minimums are:
- $120 (12 16oz. Standard Candles)
- $168 (24 9oz. Petite Candles)
PAYMENT, PROCESSING TIMES, SHIPPING
Payment is due prior to shipment and all wholesale orders are ready to ship.
We will send you a PayPal invoice within one business day of receiving our order form submission. Invoice will include your PO and S+H costs. Orders are shipped from Hazle Township, PA within 1-2 business days after payment is made.
We ship all orders with USPS or FedEx.
If you have a preference, please request at time of order placement.
We would be happy to provide you with samples and have two options!
1. Request a Sampler Set. For just $12 (cost of shipping), we'll send you a 16oz. Standard candle and a 9oz. Petite candle of your choice. Any additional candles that you'd like to sample will be invoiced at wholesale cost. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request this set!
2. Order at full price in our shop. If you do this, and then decide to place a wholesale order within 30 days of delivery, we will credit you back the entire amount you had paid for your samples. If you feel confident that you'll end up ordering, this is your better offer because your samples end up free! To earn credit, you must provide us with your order number at the time your wholesale order is being placed.
If your order is ever damaged during transit, please email us at email@example.com within 3 business days of delivery. We just ask that you send us a list of which candles were damaged and pictures.
We will provide you with a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. We will handle filing a claim with USPS or FedEx on our own time.
