We were floored with how well last year's swap went that we cannot wait to get our second annual #CandellesHolidaySwap started! Now that the holidays are approaching, it's the perfect time to get festive and send some lovely gifts all while making new friends! We've already reached out to a handful of our favorite brands and bloggers to join in on the fun and now, we want you involved too!

- Sign up's will include two options and you will only need to purchase one option to participate. Our first option is to just be involved in the swap and has a $30 sign-up fee. The second option is called Swap PLUS and will include participation in the swap just like option one, but you'll also receive a finely curated gift box from Candelles that features some of our favorite brands and is valued at over $120, but we'll be bringing it to you for only $80 and that'll include both your $30 sign-up fee AND S+H!
- The Holiday Swap is currently limited to U.S residents only.
- We will be holding sign-ups on Friday, November 6th at 9AM EST (which is TOMORROW!)
- There will be a $30 fee to sign-up. This is mainly to weed out those who may initially sign-up and end up bailing. These funds will be used to help build back-up packages for those who may end up with a partner who still ends up bailing. However, for those of you who sign-up and keep your word, we will be sending you an exclusive 20oz. Double Wick candle as a thank you!
- You will sign-up at www.candelles.com and pay for your fee similarly to the way you buy a candle on our site. On Friday, we will have a banner on our homepage that will link to the product listing for the sign-ups.
- Spots will be limited. We've already pre-selected approximately 30 bloggers and brands to join and are capping our swap at 150 participants. Please do not hesitate joining, as last year all spots were filled within hours of publishing sign-ups!
- Within one business day after you pay your sign-up fee, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how our swap will work, important dates and deadlines, and will include a link to a fun questionnaire to fill out so your partner can get to know more about you!
- Fees are nonrefundable, so please be sure to fill out your questionnare promptly. If you miss the deadline to RSVP, you are forfeiting your spot and your sign-up fee.
- Gift spending limit is $25-35 BEFORE shipping costs. We recommend using a USPS flat rate box, which is free and can be picked up at your local post office. Flat rate charges are usually cheaper than going by the packages weight.
Please do not fill your packages with dollar store type items. Curate a package that your partner will love and that you are excited for them to open and enjoy!
- RSVP deadline will be November 11th. Packages will need to be shipped out no later than December 11th.
- Once you have shipped your package, you will need to send your partner (and email@example.com) the tracking number so we can ensure the package is delivered without any issues.
- Once we see a delivery notification on your tracking number and receive no issues from your partner, you will be added to the list of recipients who will be getting a 20oz. Double Wick candle as your thank you gift for joining our exchange! (If you've upgraded to Swap PLUS, you'll receive your 20oz. Double Wick candle in your gift box!)
- We strongly encourage that you make your packages as beautiful and festive as possible! We also ask that you share a sneak peek of the package you are sending or even a lovely post of the gifts you have received on Instagram, tagging your posts with #CandellesHolidaySwap. This way, we can not only see everyone's fun packages, but we can also feature some on our own Instagram!
